Does anyone else have moments of seriously craving prawns? Especially out here in Australia - they are so big, juicy and delicious! Well anyway, I was craving them the other day so I decided to try something a bit different to normal.
I basically never eat pasta. I know, I'm weird. I'm just not fussed by it! But the idea of a garlic prawn linguine made my mouth water and I knew I was onto something. And ohhhh boy was I right.
I used edamame bean spaghetti in this recipe because it is a great alternative to regular pasta - much higher in protein and fibre. And the best part is it actually tastes like proper spaghetti (unlike zucchini noodles because, let's be honest, they taste like zucchini). If you don't have access to edamame bean spaghetti then feel free to use normal spaghetti or any other spiralised veg!
